Very good place to live, always clean, quiet, quick maintenance when needed, Carlos and Claudia are very kind and nice concierges, we love to live here.
I’ve been here since 2019 and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The building is always well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. The administration is helpful. A special mention to the janitors, Claudia and Carlos — they are exceptional people who go above and beyond to keep everything clean and running smoothly. Their kindness and dedication make a real difference in the community. I moved out but I would highly recommend for the location and price.
I’ve renting with the company Realstar in Brossard since 2019, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The building is always well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. Attention, la nouvelle direction et l'attitude sont très désagréables. De plus, le personnel d'entretien est paresseux et inexpérimenté, dirigé par Carlos, qui semble se cacher du travail.
J’etais a la recherche d’un lieu de vie propre, securitaire et structuré pour la mère à l’aube de ses 80 ans. Apres plusieurs recherches et visites de differents endroits, notre choix s’est arreté sur les Appartements St-Laurent à Brossard. La gestionnaire des lieux, Mme Oxana Donciu, a été d’un professionnalisme remarquable et très polie ; le logement etait impeccable, tant au niveau de la propreté que de l’entretien des composantes de l’unité.
