This by far was the worst nail job I have ever had done. A young man who was there started on me and he seem to be doing a good job . Another client came in and the lady from the back came up and asked him to switch with her and she did my dip. I had asked for a manicure before my dip. But that didn't happen once she took it over. She literally used the drill to remove my cuticles and burned them harshly. I had to constantly tell her that hurts. Should have read the reviews before. I paid $25 for gel nails. I asked to see different colors because I changed my mind and they did not understand. The lady who did my nails was very sloppy and dug her nails into my nail beds. The nails are bumpy and very cakey. I would never go back for any of their services.
I will start off by saying i've never reviewed a buisness before, but I am now in hopes that I help prevent others from having the same expierience that I did. I really wish I would have looked at the other reviews for this nail salon prior to giving them a try. This has easily been the worst set of nails/service i've recieved. This was my fourth time visiting Le’s Nails-Hi salon. The first three visits went well and I was very pleased with their work. My most recent visit was not good at all. My nails looked fine at first, but 4 days later they began to fall off one by one. The polish on my toenails also began to chip and peel. I had to glue my nails back on.
