Came here twice for a balayage in the past. First one by Juju came out great. Second time I booked with someone else as Juju was fully booked. Perhaps they forgot about me during the bleaching process because the color turned out way blonder than I requested. The lady immediately tried fixing it but the damage was already done. I walked out with multi-color hair, some parts even grey which she said will somehow transform into the color I requested after a few washes.
