Reading the reviews about customer service checks. Two ladies at West Edmonton Mall brushed us off as if they couldn't care less. They did not greet us. They acted like we had zero business being there. I heard them whispering about us. We asked about getting weights for my ring (which I did purchase here ), and they just said "Gold is expensive," implying I cannot afford it. My daughter was shopping for a wedding dress for the first time. The lady who was helping us was not helpful at all. My daughter wanted some guidance and suggestions since she had never done this before, and she got zero feedback. It was like pulling teeth to get any suggestions or ideas.
