Very disappointed with the customer service and the aggressive price hikes. The staff is consistently impolite, and the current pricing—$2.5 cash or $3.00 with a card—is unreasonable for what is being offered. I won’t be returning.

I had a very bad experience with Le Pure Water. I bought water bottles from them and noticed small bugs inside the water. This is very concerning because drinking water should be clean and safe. When I reported the issue, they did give me my money back and canceled my subscription. I appreciate the refund, but the fact that there were bugs in the water is unacceptable. For health and safety reasons, I would not recommend using this shop. Please be careful.
