A gem! This tiny little French restaurant is a gem. The food rivals any restaurant anywhere. Their special muscles provencal is sweet and garlicky with an unexpected smoothness . Their pommes frites (french fries - actually shoestrings) do the potato proud. They are magnificent. The wild mushroom soup is creamy and glides down with a smooth muchroomy flavor. This place is amazing. If you are anywhere near, call for a reservation and come. You will not be disappointed.
Charming environment. Moderate to high prices but some of the BEST food I have EVER HAD! Scallops were exceptional. The Bisque was very pricey, but again, very delicious. Cheery, casual french environment, personalized service. A truly memorable experience. Waiter was able to recite the entire menu from memory (and it's not a small selection) in French (with English explanations for the novice french student). I love this place!
Wonderful food and atmosphere. Terrific escargot – I have driven buy this restaurant for months and only recently decided to go. It was so confortable and seemed to be very much an insiders place, it was packed. So I assume reservations are necessary. My partner and I each had a wonderful appetizer and dinner. Our waiter was very nice and the entire waite staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I will return soon and I would definitely recommend this place.
great food, not stuffy – This French Bistro has excellent food, quaint atmosphere and the owners are so friendly. The mussels are sooo good, crab cakes too. Nice wine selection. Worth a visit.
