I would not recommend renting from L&E Properties. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I've been dealing with ongoing maintenance issues, including mold, for weeks. Multiple people have come out to inspect the problem, but very little has actually been done to fix it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told it was my responsibility to clean the mold, even though the problem appears to be related to the property itself. L&E Properties is a great company to do business with as a home owner I have been using them for 9yrs as my property management company and there service is second to none really great people, if you are looking for a great property management team you should most definitely give them a call.
Mandy and the other ladies at L&E have been amazing to and always incredibly helpful. They were a joy to work with during our lease for nearly a decade.
