Newly renamed Peggs, same owner, similar but improved menu! Good avocado toast, same great omelettes too. Can't go wrong!
If you have any tastebuds, would not recommend at all. The coffee was worse than Folgers and everything tasted a day old. The only fresh thing was the juice, which came out warm. Disappointing.
