Dr. Le has been my twins doctor from the day they were born (12 years ago). She is very friendly and really listens to my kids needs/sickness. We currently travel from north end of Katy to see her and we have no plans to change.

Took my son in for an annual visit. The doctor seemed really good about asking questions and just the general well being of our son. After the appointment, we found out because of the questions the doctor was asking this changed our annual physical for our son into a sick visit with all kinds of extra charges. We were never informed that by answering certain questions that we would be billed for each question asked. Also took 3 weeks to do a one week follow up with my daughter.

I've been with Dr. Le for a couple of years now. She takes the time to actually interact with my daughter, which makes her feel very comfortable. I like that she's very thorough. Whenever I called during after hours she'd get back to me right away, which was a plus (first time Mom). Overall, I'd definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a Pediatrician.

I schedule appointments and get a call the day of 30mins before the appointment saying she wont be in, this has happen on numerous occasions. Then when you make an appointment or get rescheduled you have to wait forever and be told sorry for the wait we didn't have you on the schedule and had you as a walk in. How was I not on the schedule when I received an email from your office the day before or morning of reminding me about my appointment. Service is GARBARGE NOW!!!!
