Services from the WORST landscaping company. They don’t own brooms or rakes - only noisy leafblowers. The before and after don’t show much difference- except dirt and debris blown at your door and your patio, with no care or concern by anyone. The noise begins well before 9 am and the team of leafblower men increasingly disturb any peace and quiet you seek - and pay for to live here. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and would recommend it to those who asked. No place is perfect, but this is a quiet (for the most part) and safe complex. The maintenance crew is prompt, communicative and very kind. I’ve been thankful for their patience with different issues through the years. WON'T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. MANAGEMENT HAS BECOME TYRANT OF RECENT. Been living here for around 1.5 years. Beware of this apartment complex! We've experienced attacks by a resident's dog sitter's aggressive dog, and management has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. They even had our car towed late at night for a minor registeration year sticker issue. It seems like they're trying to retaliate against us for complaining.
