Google "Santa Cruz Sentinel Ann E. Burdick" And you will be shocked to find what she has done, and the fact "Le Park" is aware she resides there, and does nothing. Is this what you want in a top-dollar living community?
Please take this warning seriously. Le Parc luxury apartments in Santa Clara are not worth moving to. There are a number of issues: 1). Extremely rude staff. The office manager is rude, dishonest, and difficult every time you deal with her. 2). You will be forced to pay THOUSANDS of dollars when you move out. Check out the other reviews here. Noisy, Noisy, Noisy - If you want peace and quiet this is NOT the place to rent – Le Parc is currently going through a HUGE undertaking of putting up roofs, taking down the patio's and replacing them, painting the outside, putting in new pipes and new electrical. Most companies are smart and do this as it goes wrong so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the tenants. NOT this place.
