OMG, where do I even start with this salon?! First off, they totally butchered my hair. I asked for subtle highlights, and I walked out looking like a zebra. And the stylist? Don't even get me started. They were more interested in gossiping with their coworkers than actually listening to what I wanted. Plus, the whole place felt super unclean, like they hadn't bothered to sanitize anything in ages. Trust me, save your money and your hair – steer clear of this disaster zone
I just came from getting a facial with Maddie and it’s was amazing! Maddie was really professional, has good prices and very knowledgeable. I got the signature facial. She used good products. The only thing I regret is not adding the microdermabrasion as suggested. Next time I will add it. Ladies do not sell yourself short. Go with the recommendations. Skincare is priority. And the place was so and relaxed. Thanks!
She did such BEAUTIFUL JOB!! I had my hair done at Le Nuvo Salon & Spasa about 3/4 years ago... A couple of months ago, I had my hair done somewhere else it turned out TERRIBLE, to say the least. EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!! I'M GLAD I FOUND Le Nuvo's new location!!!
literally impossible to get ahold of them. called in to make an appointment and was told they would text me. Maddy texted me once and I replied asking for an appointment and then received no response. I called in multiple times the day after and texted back multiple times to no response. So beyond unprofessional
