I’m extremely disappointed so far in how impersonal and distant InterRent has been so far with any issues regarding my apartment. They don’t respond to my emails in a timely manner, I have to be put on hold every time I wish to ask a question/speak about something, and I have no quick-access phone number or other point of contact to use the way I would with a landlord. We have been here since 2024, and we recently moved to another apartment in the same building. First of all, we'd like to thank Alejandro for his outstanding service. He is very kind, patient, and answered all our questions honestly and professionally. Overall, we are happy living here, and here is our honest review of the building. Pros: - They accept pets. I just moved in today and was so excited to join the community and live in such a well-located apartment. Unfortunately, my first impression has been disappointing. The water pressure is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced, which was something I noticed almost immediately. There were also several maintenance issues that had not been addressed before move-in, including a broken door and other visible damages.
