Just signed our lease and am looking forward to moving in! Our agents Isabel and Krystel was very nice, patient, responsive, and accommodating. ☀️ EDIT: Unfortunately I am lowering my reviews slightly. Our agents became much less responsive once we signed the lease. They have a habit of selectively reading our emails and only responding to parts of our question 🫠. Still no major issues though.
The touring and rental process has been incredibly smooth thus far. Chedli is amazing and was able to provide a tour of the apartment I’m renting as well as being flexible on some last-minute timing concerns considering I am moving from out of province. He was very well-informed of the apartments amenities and easily handled any question I had including making inquiries with higher management for further requests and clarifications.
