The entire experience I had was 100% negative. Everyone was extremely rude and could not accommodate everyone in my group, even with reservations. A couple friends in my group were made to sit in the children's size chairs because the "adult" chairs were taken. The people there thought it was very funny to laugh, point and make fun of my friends having to sit in the smaller chairs, even though they had them sit there to begin with.
