I just sent over $200 at this salon and it's not the first time. The service is in decline, not enough workers and that contributes to over worked tired and sloppy work, they are forgetting steps to the service they are supposed to be providing during pedicures including the upgraded options yet still charging full price and refused their own coupon for 20% off I recently received from them during a supposed re grand opening for a second time. I had been going there for a while, and used to like the service. But one day I decide to turn on my translator. and the person that was doing, my pedicure, said that I came giving her orders she was saying to the owner while I was using my translator which was not true at all. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The ladies have a nasty attitude & are lazy. I understand they all may be tired or had long days but if I’m paying for a service I expect that service to be decent. I asked for the $55 service as well as my mom & sister & they are skipping steps. You ask them why they don’t do the steps clearly listed in the service menu & they hit you with it’s because you don’t need it. When we got to the salon, we weren’t greeted and waited about 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. While the person who did my pedicure was friendly, it was the worst pedicure I’ve received for the reason that she did not cut or shape my nails and the nail polish was very sloppy. When i asked if i could get it at least filed so they could look a little decent, someone else came and was very upset that i asked and angrily filed them, ruining the nail polish.
