I had never had a manicure. I saw the bad reviews and thought, "I'm just getting a clear coat it can't be that bad." She made my thumb bleed. She was hasty and careless as she worked, but the initial results weren't that bad. I was going to give them 2 stars anyway, even though there were some rough corners that snagged on my stockings. Today (next day) I noticed some of them were starting to separate. Not even 24 hours later, one gel coat came off altogether.
