New to Cortez. Mary had great reviews. Made an appointment with here. Showed up on time to find only a gentleman there. No Mary. He called her and said her brother would take care of me. No....he had terrible 1 star reviews. Nope! I also noticed it was dusty and dirty. Won't be back.
Mary does a good job. Her brother is too aggressive! I came out of my pedicure bleeding today. If you go there, make sure you get Mary.
Rudeness isn’t cute
I valled to make an appointment speaking with the owner. I explained I will be driving from a neighboring state (65miles) so I had a specific date. She gave me an appointment tome snd we again repeated the date. I arrived about 10 minutes early and she proceeded to tell me my appointment was for the day before, I stated no and remind her of our conversation. All she could say was Sorry. Called ahead to get nails taken off, when we got there they refused service even though it’s only 5:00, hours online and on door say 7:00. Thanks for nothing 😆
