I’ll never go back. I deeply suspect the person who did my nails doesn’t actually know how to do them and isn’t licensed because I’ve never had a tech let me leave a salon with this mess. None were measured against my nail beds. He cut my thumbs down so short they didn’t even have a free edge except a weird tip. I asked him to redo them and he just added a second artificial tip and was making highly irritated noises and shaking his head about even doing that. 7 out of 10 nails are cut up and 3 are starting to get infected. I normally go somewhere else but I really needed a balance. I used to come here as a teen and never had issues. I came here yesterday and by the end my nails were bleeding. I woke up today in pain and now im on antibiotics and 3 of my nails are wrapped up because they are infected. Im really upset.
