The space is nice and clean, however one of the staff the older heavier set women Cheyenne was extremely side tracked in her phone, not very friendly and smelt like marijuana. Mackenzie is a sweetheart though. Can’t seem to be able to reply to you response. So I’ve had to add in this section. I had no complaints on the services I received. Therefore nothing in that area need to be “corrected” hence why I never mentioned an issue with that. Amazing nail salon! The employees and owner are very friendly and personable, the place is clean, and my nails look even better than I pictured them in my head.

Always enjoy being pampered at Orillia Nail Spa! Susan is amazing with nails and Summer and Helen always do a relaxing and enjoyable pedicure. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!
My first experience there today and I see no reason to go elsewhere. Amazing service and quite honestly the nicest people. I am beyond pleased with my bio gel full set, and pedicure with an added touch ( flower). Highly recommend both Cuong and Kenzie. They were fabulous.
