Customer service was great, unfortunately my Pedi lacked in most areas. Most my dry skin was not removed and my massage lasted about a minute. I had shown a picture for nail art on both my toes and a full set and it’s about as far off as could be. I had acrylic stuck all over my fingers and had to file away when I got home as they are pretty thick and one is lifting already.
I absolutely love this place! Michelle is my go-to nail tech and does the best spa pedicure! Sunny is another great nail tech and is friendly, outgoing and very personable.
Never dried my daughter’s nails so they messed up before we left and then she never massaged her legs with the pedicure . Too fast and poor service
Do Not let them use an electric buffer! I had beautiful, healthy nails my whole life and now have broken nails that bleed … really stupid person to use that electrical buffer and ruin my nail bed. Beware if you want natural nails and get manicures infrequently.
