GREAT I LOVE this place. Everyone is friendly and the service is fantastic. The nail techs are talented and do what you want. I have thinner nails, so when I get acrylics put on they do not use the drill very much at all...very lightly. I have NOT had a problem with my nails. I also like the fact that when I get solar nails, you don't see bruising like other salons I have gone to in the past. They also make my nails thin (per my request) so they seem more real to me. They lie about prices!!! The guy charged me $16 when it was stated on the wall that the special was for $11.99 for a refill. I was mad! When I tried asking for an explanation , the guy couldn't even understand me or speak English & kept pointing to the sign behind the register. I never get solar nails & this was the price for solar refill. I just said forget it, I'm never going back!!!!
crap! I went in there today and the man did a crappy job on my nails... they are not even smooth at all and my nails are sore cause her used the drill too much on my real nail. He kept hitting the side on my nail with the drill then told me to sit still,... really? So $30 later i have a crappy nail job thanks le nails for wasting my time and money i will not be returning ever again!
Fast friendly service The staff is very friendly and talkative while they are doing your nails. The spa pedicure feels wonderful and they really get them nice and soft! I had a problem one time when I had solar nails put on and two days later one fell off. I went back and they fit me right in and redid the nail for free. The nails always look really nice when they are finished.
