My first interaction at this property was after a super late flight delay and a late check-in. I was greeted by the night front desk guy with gauges. I get that someone working the night shift might be a little quiet, but there's still a basic level of friendliness you expect. He didn’t have it. Hotel is amazing, seems to be newly renovated and all the rooms are different. However, their valet parks the cars in an open air public parking lot a few blocks away. I was looking for a nice hotel with valet in downtown Tampa and chose this one. I won’t be doing that again.
For a room we spent $500 a night on a room you would think they would have updated windows let along a fixed one room 417
