I would like to point out the reason I chose this hotel amongst all the others even when the price was higher compared to others. “Gabriel”he was so helpful from the time he answered the phone he was nice, professional and very much a “can do” attitude. I arrived after an extremely delayed flight and long hours of travel and my resv was exactly how he said it would be. We stayed at this beautifully decorated hotel in a landmark historic building. The manager on duty Gabriel greeted us and answered all of our questions, offering us a rich history of the building. The lead valet was exceptionally helpful in giving us directions. We loved the courtesy tickets to the art museum and other perks. Would definitely stay here again!
The food was incredible!!!
Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Heilel at the front desk is a gem.
