The lobby is dark and dirty. The elevators were dirty. The room I checked into wasn't cleaned and had to go back to get another one. They only had one person running the front desk and there was a line of people. The hotel rooms have stains in the carpets as well as in the halls. The place overall has an unclean feeling.
Upon checking in front desk agent claimed to have given us an upgraded room 😩 bot sure why however it was clearly NOT an upgrade! The room was in very close proximity to two other rooms. I could literally touch each of the other rooms while standing in the doorway of my room. The room carpet was filthy, look like it had not been cleaned all year! Housekeeping replaced towels, that’s it! Mirror had finger prints and shower was not cleaned!
Honestly, not impressed rooms were small, elevators were out of service, and the hot water and water pressure was inconsistent at best. Definitely going back to Loews across the street in the future.

The hotel's location is great, because it's a short walk to most tourist things. The hotel breakfast gets pretty crowded and the service was fairly slow for hot food (30 minutes). I got the feeling they were severely short staffed when I was there. I booked this property through a LUMINOUS travel advisor, and was supposed to get a welcome amenity along with a welcome letter from the general manager. When I asked the front desk, they laughed and said they don't do that here, even though it was on the welcome letter.
