A Wonderful Stay – Thanks to Maxine! I had a very good visit recently, and I truly appreciated the level of care I received. There was some maintenance happening during my stay — which I took as a sign that they’re investing in updates. Maxine, the Guest Services Supervisor, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to her and the team, I had a relaxing and positive experience. I’ll definitely return!
We had our wedding and reception at Le Meridien, Oak Brook, and I just can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Charmagne is absolutely outstanding! Throughout the entire planning process she offered great advice, was always available to answer questions, and has such a kind, calming presence. Excellent location right next to shopping, bars restaurants. Very nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of free parking. Very clean and well-appointed rooms.
Nice hotel good service.
The beds are not comfortable.
