Absolutely unacceptable. The elevator has been out of service for over a month! how is that even possible in a residential building? The fire alarm goes off at least once every few nights or early mornings, apparently due to unresolved water pipe issues in the parking garage. The main entrance doors are constantly left open because they don’t function properly, and the so-called “automatic” door to access the parking is broken and always left wide open. Just wanted to say I had an amazing experience with Ashley Ramdass the rental agent. She was quick and efficient and really made it easy to finalize the lease and get into my new apartment right away!!!
We are very happy with the place. Le Montefiore was the second building we visited from Centurion and our agent was Ashley who is an amazing professional. Everybody at this building are so helpful and incredible. Thank you Ashley for everything. We'll take care of our new home 🥰
We have not yet moved in, but wanted to write a wonderful review for Ashley, the leasing agent. She is professional, friendly and patient. She took the time to show us several units, and advised us when knew units came available. The building seems quiet with a pleasant lobby. We are looking forward to a happy experience in our new home.
