Before I found Lena at Le Monde Salon, I never trusted anyone to cut my hair so I would just let it grow with no style. Curly hair is so hard to cut and not many people know how to do it and it actually come out good.
I had such a wonderful experience with Jovan! He was kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. He listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect trim while helping me preserve my length. He treated my hair with so much care and made sure it looked and felt healthy. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and attentive, and the customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I had a consultation with Cristi before my appointment, where we discussed my hair goals and she assured me she would be able to achieve the color correction I wanted. Unfortunately, the final result was nothing like what we had discussed. During the process, my hair developed a green halo, which was then covered with a gloss.
