Je suis très déçue de cet immeuble. Le logement est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité offerte. Plusieurs problèmes n’ont jamais été réglés malgré mes demandes répétées. Le concierge, en plus d’être peu professionnel, m’a manqué de respect à plusieurs reprises. J’ai passé un an avec un chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, et on m’a toujours dit qu’il n’y avait aucun problème, jusqu’au jour où un technicien est finalement venu et a dû tout changer. Bon service de Paola Gonzales ; elle vous accompagne tout au long du processus et fournit toutes les informations nécessaires. Mise à jour après 4 mois: J’habite dans un appartement géré par cette entreprise et, depuis plusieurs semaines, je signale de graves infiltrations d’eau chaque fois qu’il pleut, particulièrement à la porte vitrée du balcon et à la fenêtre d’une chambre. Edit: After living in this building for 6 months my experience has completely changed. Thin walls, horribly cheap fixtures, and an exuberant price tag for no reason. Washers and dryers in the basement constantly abused and broken because tenants don’t care because they don’t own them. Paper thin walls with neighbours blasting music so loud I can’t hear my self think let alone sleep through the day when working nights.
