I’ve been going to Catherine for years. She is the queen of haircuts. Especially layered haircuts. I’ve been to other salons for cuts and coloring, but I always seem to find my way back here. I’ve gotten cuts, highlights, hair manicures, and keratin treatments from here in my past. The salon is very clean and spacious. I had to post this review again because they deleted it, This salon is Incredibly racist and hostile environment. My Black family and I came in for ear piercings, and the Korean staff openly stared at us like we were ghosts or intruders, The prejudice was so obvious and uncomfortable that we had to leave immediately. Absolutely terrible treatment. Do not support this business.
“I had a disappointing experience with the owner here. When I came in for a haircut, instead of speaking to me directly, she asked her employer to communicate with me. I politely pointed out that I was right in front of her and that she could address me directly. Unfortunately, her response came across as rude. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.” The owner is very rude very arrogant. Also, my wife Haircut was really bad.
