Went to get an oil change twice. I wanted to believe it was a great place due to the customer service. The 2nd time, I asked for them to check my air filter and do a tire rotation. Additional charge which I was ok with. I got a flat 6 days later. My tire was still stuck to the hub. Which I know that the tires were not rotated. I checked my air filter, they were disgusting. My husband and I leased a brand new 2020 Toyota Tundra beginning last June. After 10 months and 12,300 miles on the vehicle, we noticed that all four tires were severely cracked and looked as though they had been used in much greater excess than the 12,000 or so miles that the vehicle had been driven.
