We love our new home. We were able to design the interior and exterior within our budget. The house is well built and extremely well insulated including top quality three pain windows. Joanie is an exceptional listener and caring person. She will go out of her way to ensure that you are happy with the design. She's very creative and will provide solutions. The house was delivered on April 1, 2025, so we've had plenty of time to experience the challenges that come with this type of project. We are more than satisfied!
