As many have mentioned in their reviews, there are significant delays with after-sales service. The doors and windows are problematic, and it's difficult to get quick inspections if you live far from their location. There's been a water infiltration less than three months after construction was completed. Reimbursements are taking forever. The quality seems subpar; I'm disappointed.
I'm so lucky to have been able to have such good support for a first experience from the beginning with the friendly Angélique. Always smiling, patient, passionate, I felt confident and thank you for that Bella! The spectacular delivery was like a long-awaited gift. I am totally satisfied with my choice and the changes I made. We are comfortable and proud of the result of this adventure which is worth it. Thank you to the whole team for making my retirement dream come true ☺️
We received exceptional service from Angélique, whom I recommend without hesitation. The entire team was outstanding: fast delivery, efficient and hassle-free service. Thanks to them, we were able to completely transform our interior to our taste, without stress and while staying within our budget. A remarkable experience from start to finish. Excellent builder and superb communication. I received great advice to get my dream home. From construction to finishing, everything was perfect. A large 60' x 30' home, and Luc Labranche is a great project manager! An exceptional team!
