Coupure d'eau fréquent...travaux qui font énormément de bruit...l'hiver le chauffage est stricte minimum...très difficile de communiquer avec la compagnie de gestion ...pas de service ...rénovation tape a l'oeil..pas bonne qualité...c'est des appartement qui ont été divisé en 2 ...très petit ...

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. I strongly advise against renting here — it feels like a scam. The building is infested with bed bugs, roaches, and rats, especially on the first floor and in the parking area. Necessary maintenance is rarely, if ever, carried out. Despite the poor conditions, they continue to demand unreasonable rent increases. The staff are also rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place even if it were the only building available in Montreal.

I have had a concern with my apartment since 2 months now. Contacted them many times but all they do is talk and no action. No emails to the building department are replied to. Very bad management of the building. Don't get apartments here if you want mental peace.

Attention j'ai loué l'appartement numéro 08 sur Airbnb c'était juste catastrophique manque de lumière pas de climatisation pas d'aération appartement sale et cerise sur gâteau l'appartement est infesté de punaises de lit le propriétaire Nicholas ne s'est jamais manifesté pour régler quoi que se soit j'ai du quitter l'appartement avec mes 2 enfants en état de choc avec pleins de boutons qui grattait

be aware of thieves stealing your amazon packages, every 2 days there is an issue with either water, either electricity or either the alarm. we have never ending work and we cannot access the garage and the laundry.
