Beware if any of the nail techs, specifically the owner is unable to do a design- she will claim the photo you’re providing is photoshopped. Which isn’t true at all. Very weird behavior to display instead of saying they’re not capable of doing the design. It’s not hard to say you or your nail techs can’t do something or are inexperienced in doing so.
I arrived at my pedicure apt only to find out there were 2 of us scheduled for the same time with the same person. After I was told to sit and soak my feet the lady went to take care of the other customer and not paying ANY attention to me whatsoever. After almost 15 minutes I started drying my feet and getting dressed to leave. None of the workers said a word! Love Nails is amazing! I have been going there for about 13 years and have never been disappointed! Everyone there does a wonderful job. They are friendly, funny, and won't let you leave until you are 100% satisfied. They listen to you and always do everything you ask them to do. This is Lisa, Review Response When you came in to the shop, you showed me a picture of gel nails with chrome French manicure. I explained this to you and recommended a full set of gel nails and no chip polish to achieve the same look as the picture. You expressed that these services were too much money and wanted to do acrylic with regular polish instead to be within your budget.
