The owner filed down my mom’s natural nails far too thin while removing gel polish, causing one of her nails to completely crack in half. Instead of offering to repair the damage, the owner simply told her, “Don’t tell nobody I did this.” I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and care. My mother is a senior citizen who avoids confrontation, so she left the salon with a nail hanging off due to the damage caused directly by the owner. Accidents happen, but hiding the mistake rather than making it right is unacceptable.
