LeJeune Steel Company truly embodies the incompetent of professionalism. Ryan, who is the procurement manager, speaks of respecting people time by voicing timelines, ended up being the biggest time waster. After an in-person interview, I was ghosted. Ryan spoke of never ghosting candidates like “other” companies. being exactly that. Proper hiring process needs to be improve and executed, including rejection emails.
