Don't make the mistake I did by moving here. It is very overpriced. Ants are everywhere. Laundry room is disgusting. Packages get stolen from mailroom and management won't help with the cameras. Homeless people squat the entry and the staircase.
There is no security in this building. Homeless people are always squatting the entry, stealing packages, throwing thrash in the staircase. I got punched in the face by a guy trying to enter the building. Management won't do anything about it.
Worst building I ever lived in. Cogir is a totally awful management company will not help at all when you are in need. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind.
Don't move here. Management doesn't help for ANYTHING. They give excuses whenever something breaks, they ask you to live with broken doors and stuff. They can't bother to repair the elevator. Absolutely crappy place, and super overpriced.
