Friendly, "folks-next-door" style service. Even though they were busy with weddings, etc., they were glad to answer my questions on the phone, and to assist me right away with my request when I walked in. I got a GREAT deal on some beautiful flowers, and I plan to use them again.
Mark Le Grand rose far and above any mediocre person. On Sunday I had ordered some flowers for a funeral in Austin Texas. I mistakenly clicked on the Le Grand web site and ordered them online This is one mistake I am really glad I made. Mark saw the order come in and immediately called me stating that he was in New Orleans and then on a Sunday, he proceeded to take his time and gave me three names of florists in the Austin, Texas zip code area I was needing.
