Waited over 20 min and still didn’t get served. All we needed were 2 pastries to go. Just put them in a bag. Simple task. No line. Kept making sandwiches. Oh, get off your phone too. Tacky, poor customer service.

I just love their desserts. The lunch combo is good if you're looking for a full meal. You should visit at least once if you're in Seattle.

I called this bakery with the hope of having some pastries delivered to friends on the morning of their wedding. In fairness, I was asking quite close to the date, so I understood my options would be limited. The catering manager told me to "get to the point", and that they were short staffed so they wouldn't deliver anything under $100 worth of product, after I was told $60 the day prior, but there might be a $15 delivery fee. My girlfriend and I wanted to surprise our friends who are getting married. We could not attend their wedding so we thought we'd order them something and have it sent to them. Tressa I think hey name was, was very very rude to my girlfriend, cutting her off mid-sentence to tell her you get to the point.
