Waited over 20 min and still didn’t get served. All we needed were 2 pastries to go. Just put them in a bag. Simple task. No line. Kept making sandwiches. Oh, get off your phone too. Tacky, poor customer service.
I just love their desserts. The lunch combo is good if you're looking for a full meal. You should visit at least once if you're in Seattle.
I called this bakery with the hope of having some pastries delivered to friends on the morning of their wedding. In fairness, I was asking quite close to the date, so I understood my options would be limited. The catering manager told me to "get to the point", and that they were short staffed so they wouldn't deliver anything under $100 worth of product, after I was told $60 the day prior, but there might be a $15 delivery fee. My girlfriend and I wanted to surprise our friends who are getting married. We could not attend their wedding so we thought we'd order them something and have it sent to them. Excellent food, poor customer experience--can't get the bad taste out of my mouth.
