I live in these apartments years ago when I used to live in Fresno, my experience was great neighbors were respectful, quiet, very polite and friendly . The environment was peaceful, quiet, and the laundry and the property was clean. I enjoy doing my laundry. The apartment was spacious, especially the walk-in closet. The manager was nice very helpful Barbara I wish the Bay Area would have apartments like this,sadly they don’t Fresno, it’s a great place to rent apartments and one of the best parts was that they have Vallarta ... read more

Almost every tenant living in these apartments are complaining about there cars getting broken into & mail delivery problems there's gotta be something management can do its been going on for entirely too long !!
Community gate is always to remain closed so it really difficult to receive packages. Even when you put a stopper on it the manager would closed the main gate and it auto locks. Its annoying because when she needs her packages deliver she leaves the gate open. Also, she never picks up her dog’s shit. Shes lives right next to me and shes the only close neighbour that has dogs so i know its her dogs thats shitting all over the front grass of my home.
Have been living here for over 2 years not much complaints other then the countless vehicle break ins and it’s always inside the gated parking lot, security only comes around once at 9pm when all these break ins have been around 2 or 3 am it’s pretty much a given your car will get broken into here , other than that grounds it’s always kept nice neighbors are pretty quite never had any issues and the prices are pretty good as well.
