Very good Vietnamese in a clean, elegant space with soothing music playing at just the right level. I ordered the lunch special and chose an eggroll appetizer, grilled pork vermicelli bowl, and for dessert there was a crème brûlée spoon. Everything was delicious, very flavorful. We had early dinner on Saturday at Le Emperor. Fantastic service. We were promptly served water while we looked over the drink menu. My husband ordered a glass of Cabernet and loved it. I had the mango tea and it was refreshing. We had the veggie spring rolls as an appetizer; they were fresh and came 4 to an order. I had the mango salad. Absolutely mouthwatering! Wow!!! This is an amazing place to eat! Food is amazingly great, service is awesome, and the atmosphere is awesome.
Le Emperor was excellent! The pho and the seafood soup both had incredibly flavorful broths, and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. The staff was friendly, took the time to walk us through the menu, and even offered great recommendations, which made the experience even better. The Thai tea was the perfect balance of sweetness—not too sugary and very refreshing. We'll definitely be coming back!
