a little too multi-cultural for me. i didn't appreciate the curry smell, the cockroaches and the rats. it's like parc-ex in the middle of downtown ... not for everyone
Absolutely unacceptable living conditions. Dirty common areas, signs of cockroaches, and overall poor maintenance of the building. Management is dismissive and unprofessional when issues are reported, and tenant concerns are clearly not a priority. This building is poorly managed and not worth the rent. I strongly do not recommend living here.
Très mauvaise expérience avec la gestion de l’immeuble. Le service à la clientèle est décevant et les problèmes dans le bâtiment ne sont pas traités rapidement. Lorsque j’ai signalé un problème de cafards dans mon logement, la situation n’a pas été prise au sérieux et la manière de me répondre n’a pas été respectueuse. J’ai eu l’impression que les préoccupations des locataires passent après les intérêts financiers. Je déconseille fortement cet immeuble.
