I have not seen Dr. Le personally, however, I am posting a correction in reference to his Insurance Listings. It shows that Dr. Le accepts United Healthcare Medicaid, which in fact is not true. I have United Healthcare Community Plan (Medicaid), just called the office to confirm and was told they do not accept it.
Victoria in Dewey Le's office is impossible to work with. She will not return phone calls and does not follow through with what she said she would do. Even with insurance making phone calls she does not respond. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.
Recently took my Father in law in for an appt, he has been diagnosed with Dementia. Dr. Le answered all of our concerns, and was very patient with our Father. His staff is amazing, and we were very pleased. We recommend Dr. Le to any one who is looking for a neurologist.
I would reference my friends and family to Dr. Le, he very patient and listens to my concerns with my mom, he introduce himself and shake our hands.
I paid at the time of treatment and my insurance did as well. I was billed another $112 that was missed during a medical disaster. My credit was hurt and I am being threatened with a lawsuit all over $112. I call to pay this bill and no one can take the money. They keep telling me to call another number. Horrible!
I take any complaints about Dr. Le with a grain of salt. I have been seeing him for years & have had no problems whatsoever. I recently recommended two friends to see him. That would not have happened had I had any doubts about his care or abilities.
We were referred to dr Le, and waited over a month to get in. He was nice, but after the appointment was not very helpful. He sent my husband for tests, then after they all came back fine, he was finished. He told us to find another neurologist online downtown. He just dumped us. Thankfully the family Dr. referred my husband to a great ENT who then referred my husband to a neurologist who diagnosed and is treating my husband. If he followed thru...more stars!
Dr.Le is very personable doctor . He does his own assessment and vital signs. I believe he truly listens to everything you say and answers all questions you may have.
Dr. Le and his staff are amazing. I have seen neurologists for the past 20 years for hemi facial spasms and Dr Lee and his staff are the best anywhere! Dr. Lee has demonstrated both excellent medical treatment and compassion. His staff is friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile for their patients.
