Big appartement space but the management sucks!! I know someone that lives in this building and has different complaints about it. One is cockroaches and bedbugs. They sent someone to "supposedly" exterminate the cockroaches and bed bugs but the person they sent did a terrible job. They only did a treatment for cockroaches and did it terribly. They didn't go through all the rooms only the kitchen and bathroom were sprayed when they're also cockroaches that's been seen in ohter rooms( bedroom and living room). They didn't eve... read more
In my opinion, a good apartment rental agency has two main priorities: proper maintenance of their properties, and the tenants' inquiries. The accumulation of the garbages is unacceptable, and Capreit hasn't done anything about it. They will however react very quickly if rent isn't paid on time. It is a gamble to go in and out of the garage area. One of these days, that wooden board will crack, and someone will be utterly unhappy with his car's resulting condition.
