Absolutely horrible building. I have got a bike stollen from Infront of the apartment along side amazon package and I tried to contact the building manger although I hear them in the office they wouldn't answer me. that should tell you enough

It’s terrible. The constant leaks during rain are extremely frustrating! It feels like the building is creating new water problems. The elevators often have issues, and the so-called 'gym' is just a storage space for unused tools. As for the manager, a pinnacle of unsocial and rude behavior. I'm baffled at how someone with zero social skills got this job. It's a masterpiece of terrible decisions.

J’ai habité pendant 2 ans avec un colocataire et laissez moi vous dire que ça a été une très mauvaise expérience. Tout d’abord, le management (cogir) travaillant là-bas était tout simplement inefficace avec avec une attitude peu professionnel à mon avis, mis à part Joyce qui a été super répondante à mes demande depuis le premier jour. À chaque fois qu’il y avait des problèmes soit de mon appartement ou dans l’édifice en général. DO NOT MOVE there ! Moving there was the worst decision ever, there is construction work everywhere! The noise starts early in the morning until late during the day. It’s impossible to work from home but also forget about sleeping properly. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear whatever your neighbours will do. The access to my balcony has been blocked for over a week now without notification. As for the landlord? Impossible to be more rude.
