Isabel Ramirez was such a pleasure to work with at Le Colisée. She went above and beyond to provide help every step of the way and was extremely informative. Her support was outstanding. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend working with her!
Liz gave us a nice tour at 235 Sherbrooke! She is always smiling, happy and attentive, while providing useful details of the building, I recommend her!
My roommate and I recently toured this building, and Isabel Ramirez was so kind and helpful. She knew the answer to all our questions, and made the tour fun, as well. We loved the building, ended up getting the apartment! Big windows, gorgeous views, and very secure. I love the space.
The building has no security at all, packages are stolen many times and police report has to be fired and nothing comes out of it. Just today, underground car parking, many cars windows are broken and things are stolen, the building is not secure at all and no person is in the office most of the time. The building authorities don't seem to be responsible, they are almost never in the office.
