I've been here for just under a year, and so far I like it here. Not too many complaints. The only thing is the workout room is not the best, the treadmills have not been working for over a month, and in the summer the room is unusable because the heat, and AC not working well. I may update this review in the future.
I recently moved to another apartment in this building, and before moving in I realized the unit needed quite a few renovations and fixes. The operations manager, Marc, went above and beyond to help me. He was so responsive and made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. It really made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful.
I had an excellent experience working with Alejandro Corral-Solis. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire leasing process. He answered all my questions quickly, was always friendly and approachable, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness, and I’m very thankful for his help in securing my new apartment. Highly recommend
I toured an apartment with Alejandro, it was a very pleasant experience. He explained everything and help us to do our paperwork since we moved from another country the process was difficult for us to understand. He helped and explained everything clearly. He even helped us to get our home internet setup he called the company behalf of us although that wasn’t part of his job. I’m happy with my experience and the apartment.
Alejandro, my leasing agent, was very helpful and attentive when it came to the process of getting the apartment! He was very friendly and even helped me out by finding other similar units when the one I originally applied to ended up being unavailable. Great experience!
