I toured this apartment with Florence Lafontaine. I use a wheelchair and she was amazing. She showed me everywhere in the building and we talked about what access would look like. Florence also talked directly to me and not the people I was with (that doesn’t always happen). It’s so hard to find an accessible building and folks who show apartments with accessibility in mind. She was fun and personable and truly wonderful!

UPDATE (24 avril 2025) : ils continuent d'entrer dans l'appartement sans s'annoncer, sans urgence et sans préavis. Coupures d'eau non planifiées, aucun suivi ou aucune information disponible. Le bureau administratif ne répond pas aux appels. Le gestionnaire de l'immeuble répond à une message sur trois et le service client est déficient. Ils ne donnent même pas 24hr d'avis pour se préparer aux traitement de l'exterminateur. Encore beaucoup de parasites dans l'immeuble (coquerelles, fourmis, poissons d'argent).
