this place is despicable it has an infestation of roaches,rats, and cats. They are slumlords that won’t fix anything there is no maintenance person even hired here unlike advertised along with the fact the leasing person that’s only here 4 hrs a day is rude, unprofessional. It locks itself in the office and if she ever allows you in has to trashiest disposition. I found out from its mouth that they don’t owe us a/c only heat. Didn't see any roaches but it feels dirty here
THEY SUCK, I have family that lives over there and every time you go over there you feel very unsafe, they are never I mean NEVER in the office, Never answer the Emails, Never answer the phone. There is apartment on st.Charles rock road that are same price and at least a little better living then there, meaning at least if you call the cops they will come.
