This association is the worst. I want to rent to a tenant that has been living here for a long time....but he has to pay $175 to the association.....thats is BS, They are tooo money hungry and provide nothing for it. Look at how many people are trying to sell and can not. No body with sense will live here.

The association needs to be replaced, but we have a contract, At the end of their contract, we will get a new association. This one is all about taking your money and giving you nothing in return. We can no longer used the pool or the BBQ grills after 8pm ....WHY? Security lets anybody in the complex without calling you. You pay for it, but you do not get it. The association will tell you that is our RULE. What about our right to live. The association does not do its job, I have been living here with NO lease for 2 years....... read more

I have been living in Le Club for over 12 years. Before it became condo. Now, I want to move to another apartment, but in order to do so, I need to pay them $175. WHY? I have been living here before they ever came. Every time you need to get a sticker for you car it is $5. They do nothing....absolutely nothing....but they will take your money. Check out how many units are for sale......it is because of the "ASSociation".
