Can’t say enough positive things, we were passing through and our alternator started acting up, we are heading cross country. I called him he said bring it by. Called for a service call during the bad weather (last Friday).. hours went by and when we called to follow up- very politely asking for a time frame they forgot to put the phone on mute and heard yelling in the background saying ‘I’m not f$@&ing doing it’ and then the phone hung up. We called back (at this point already late for work) and they then proceeded to say they were too ‘booked’.
