Recently moved in. Cute, old school apartment. Includes banging pipes in the bedroom!!! Bathroom totally lacks shelves or hanging racks. Kitchen counter space is non-exsistant. Clawfoot tubs are hard to find a rack that fits so all my soaps are on the bottom of my tub.
I really enjoy the building and location. The apartments are very cute and have character. The only issue I've had is a neighbor's dog that barks every morning at 7 am when they leave for work. It barks and barks and you can hear it very well through the walls. Even though I've filed complaints multiple times, nothing changes with the leasing company doing something about it. So, hopefully you are an early riser.
I loved living here! the rent was just too high! I miss it every day!
