We had a wonderful experience at Le Chocolat du Bouchard in Naperville. The interior is absolutely beautiful, with a charming and elegant atmosphere that makes the experience feel special from the moment you walk in. The food was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious. The service was also exceptional, friendly, attentive, and very professional. A beautiful place with great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Attractive space with a great selection of chocolates, however, the macarons were some of the WORST I’ve ever had in my life. At a price of $2.75 EACH you’d expect something of quality… but that is NOT the case. Small in size, HARD and STALE. The Raspberry jam has great flavor, the shell was decent, but the inside was slightly dry. The pistachio…. Like eating a CRUTON Completely unbelievable. Absolute worst customer service and illegal business practices. Do not buy gift cards from Le Chocolat du Bouchard unless you want your money stolen. I went in today to finally use a physical gift card I had forgotten about. The card has absolutely NO expiration date written on it, and by law in Illinois, single-merchant store gift cards do not just expire because a business feels like it.
